Name tags?

Again, hopefully we can get some comments on here, what do you think of name tags for the organisers each week? Just the people who are organising that week so that new people will have a point of contact?

Big Clean Up?

There was some talk about doing a big clean on the toys some evening, is anyone interested?
Please post a comment and we can get it organised. We need 5 - 6 people to make it quick and easy and obviously the use of the hall. If we have enough people to participate we can organise it.
So some time in the next 2 weeks, between Monday and Thursday evenings, 8pm to 9pm.
Please reply with your preferred day and time.

Here are some ideas for helping; Just do it, no need to ask permission; the group is for everyone.

* Volunteer to help organise the group: set-up, make refreshments or tidy-up. Do just one or more.
* 'Run' a table: jigsaws, playdough, books, or something new. Put the bits out, help the children and tidy away. Only 1/2 an hour!
* Put out the refreshments and tidy away afterwards.
* Set-up, conduct or tidy-up the music session!
* Set-up and raise the 'parachute'.
* Tidy up at the end.

This group is run for all carers and BY carers. The group works best when everyone participates.

New Venue, New Day and New Time

The playgroup is returning to the parish hall from next week (July 15th). The group will meet on Wednesday from 10:30 to 12:30.

For this week only we need volunteers to help move and sort our toys. If you can come please let us know - post a comment here or respond to the email sent out. We would also appreciate help from partners who are around on Wednesday morning.


To confirm: Stay and Play group will meet on Wednesdays at 10:30 in the Parish Hall
